About the Role

To support the successful enrolment, delivery, training, and achievements, via the application of effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices for all apprentices on your caseload. To ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas / specialisms.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the effective delivery of all components of an apprentice’s journey from the point of enrolment through to timely completion.
  • Work in conjunction with the Business Development manager to ensure new apprentices are enrolled effectively and timely onto their chosen apprenticeship standard.
  • Ensure that enrolment documentation, skills scans and Off the Job training calculations have been completed for all new apprentices and that they are in line with government guidance.
  • Ensure enrolment packs are submitted to the Data and Compliance officer once complete, for data entry and submission.

About You

You will bring:

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in the identified subject area / specialism.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy.
  • Occupational industry experience in the identified subject area / specialism.
