Location: Broxbourne Campus – Broxbourne, HRT EN10 6AE GB

Salary: £15,060 per annum plus up to £2,000 market supplement (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective delivery of all components of an apprentice's journey from enrolment through to timely completion.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to enroll new apprentices onto their chosen apprenticeship standard in a timely manner.
  • Complete enrolment documentation, skills scans and off‑the‑job training calculations for all new apprentices in line with government guidance.
  • Submit enrolment packs to the Data and Compliance Officer for data entry and submission.
Qualifications
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in the identified subject area / specialism.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy.
  • Occupational industry experience in the identified subject area / specialism.
