Role Summary
As a Marketing Executive, you will follow the Marketing strategy to actively implement marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your role involves contributing to the enhancement of brand reputation, lead generation, and the successful execution of various marketing tasks. This position requires a hands-on approach to support both internal and external marketing activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and global service lines as part of a global marketing team with offices in the US, Canada, South America, UK and Europe.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Marketing Process Implementation: Play a pivotal hands-on role in all digital and traditional marketing process execution. Contribute to marketing campaigns to bolster brand reputation and drive lead generation and recruitment (examples include inbound content marketing/thought leadership, conferences, website/social media outreach, careers fairs, and proactive client outreach).
- Reporting: Take ownership of reporting on analytics to assess the impact of marketing activities. Regularly update and communicate progress to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Support market research, and client profiling, and ensure that messaging aligns with client needs.
- Collateral and Communication: Create marketing materials (e.g., branded merchandise, conference materials and recruitment giveaways) according to sustainable procurement guidelines. Contribute to client communications (e.g. one-pager that effectively showcases the company's value, products and services).
- Vision and values: Alignment with, and passionate about our vision and values.
- Creativity: Ability to generate engagement, suggestions, designs and/or ideas to promote products and improve marketing activity.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in life sciences and/or consulting, preferably in Value and Access.
- 1–2 years of previous marketing experience with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to deliver operationally.
- Experience of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media (e.g. LinkedIn), email marketing, Content Management System, CRM, and Gen AI tools for content generation.
- Ability to produce complex and relevant content for varied channels and audiences.
