Hershey Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven sales leader to own the Discounter Channel (Aldi & Lidl). You will work with our UK distributor and cross‑functionally with Hershey to drive profitable sales growth, focusing on revenue delivery, net sales, gross profit, market share and operating income by developing and executing business plans.

You will lead Distributor Management, Customer Marketing, Finance and Field Sales to deliver plans, monitor KPIs, and co‑own P&Ls.
