Hersana CIC in Sussex seeks an Independent Gender-Based Violence Advocate to join a hybrid, crisis-focused advocacy service. You will work directly with Black femme survivors, delivering high-quality advocacy, risk assessment, and support within a dynamic team.
The role requires ISVA/IDVA accreditation or equivalent experience and a strong commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed practice. The post is full-time on a fixed-term contract, offering 35 hours weekly, with 25 days holiday.
