The Opportunity: We are seeking a pragmatic and commercially minded In-House Counsel to safeguard the Groups’ legal, regulatory and business interests by ensuring robust legal protections, providing internal legal counsel, and supporting the firm across compliance, regulatory, risk and commercial matters. A rare opportunity to support a growing Group comprising both SRA and FCA authorised businesses, the successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. The role will report directly to the Group General Counsel, will have day to day responsibility for managing and mentoring the compliance team paralegal and will provide exposure to a wide range of matters including: Serving as legal advisor to the Group’s COLP, Strategy and Compliance Boards across the Group.
