Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Management & Technical Excellence
- Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates, and guidance aligned with market practice
- Manage and enhance the firm’s corporate know-how resources
- Provide practical legal support and research across corporate matters
- Act as a trusted technical sounding board for complex issues
- Monitor and communicate key legal and regulatory developments
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs across the Corporate team
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes, particularly in M&A and corporate best practice
- Support trainee development, induction, and ongoing learning initiatives
- Contribute to the Corporate Learning & Development strategy
- Business Development & Client Engagement
- Support client initiatives including briefings, campaigns, and training sessions
- Contribute technical input to proposals and pitches
- Assist in developing thought leadership and client-facing content
- Support the delivery of the Corporate innovation strategy
- Identify opportunities for legal tech adoption and process improvement
- Champion knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Promote technology-driven efficiencies across the team
- Work closely with Corporate partners and lawyers, as well as the wider knowledge function
- Support practice group strategy and key initiatives
- Collaborate with specialist teams (tax, employment, banking) to ensure integrated advice
