We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fee Earner (3-7 Years PQE) to join our dynamic team. You’ll be advising on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, exits, equity investments, and debt investments. Our work spans across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, acting for clients of all sizes – from international listed businesses and large privately owned companies to venture capital firms, private equity houses, management teams, and high net worth individuals. Many of our matters involve cross‑border transactions requiring both technical skill and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, working alongside partners and senior solicitors, and leading on transactions where appropriate.
  • Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive legal due diligence processes.
  • Draft and review share purchase agreements, disclosure letters, and related documents.
  • Handle completion and post‑completion matters.
  • Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
  • Supervise junior lawyers and trainees, including managing their workloads and providing guidance and feedback.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client generation projects to support the firm’s growth.
