If you got a message from me asking if you were interested in the following Site Manager position, you’d be mad not to have at least a chat wouldn’t you? We’d be talking about a brand-new flagship site of 400 residential units in Bolton city centre which will include multi-storey elements, a posh new hotel, different types of construction types and enough variety and complexity to keep even the most experienced construction head interest. There’ll be a good few years work on the one site and you’d join a family firm who have a great pipeline of work on top of this one. And importantly, a solid package that offers plenty of benefits. That sounds good, right?
This iconic scheme has been years in planning and is now ready to go. Ideally, you’d have worked on similar projects but for this phase you’ll definitely need to have built some sort of traditional build apartment block before – this one is a block of 54 traditional build apartments over a 3-storey block. It’ll mean you’ll get an Assistant come summertime and in the meantime will be reporting to a Project Manager (who’ll run the overall scheme along with a Contracts Manager) – a proper supporting team who’ll be doing their utmost to deliver something Bolton has not had before.
Basically, it’s going to be such a top transformational project that any city centre would be proud to have it and anyone building it would be well chuffed to have it on their CV. If you're liking what you’ve read so far, then drop me a line on the channels below, we’ll be looking at setting up interviews early in January for an ASAP start and getting you up and running on this once in a lifetime project.
