Project Manager for a 400 unit residential development in Bolton City Centre. This is a brand-new flagship site with a good 4-year work commitment. The role involves coordinating several site teams and dealing with clients and community elements of the site.
Ideal candidates will have experience in multi-phased developments consisting of apartments and houses, with various construction methods (steel frame, traditional build, reinforced concrete). A contractor background is preferred, but the company welcomes personnel with a strong residential skillset from diverse backgrounds.
