We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Process Operator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Operate potato chip fryers, dough mixers, and snack food processing equipment.
  • Responsible for change over and set up of the mixing, cooking, and processing equipment.
  • Cleaning machine parts after changeovers, discarding trash/waste, and monitoring tank levels.
  • Records daily machine and process information such as batch counts, start & stop times, oil meter readings, waste recordings, and pounds of flour.
  • Changes and maintains Urschel slicer heads to maintain quality and consistent slices.
  • Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system.
  • Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data.
  • Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
  • Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen.
  • A good mechanical skill-related background is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
  • Good balance on slippery surfaces.
