We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Maintenance Parts Attendant position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
- HOURS: 2pm-10pm
- Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:
- Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- One to three months of related mechanical experience and/or training.
- Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water.
- Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
- Good balance on slippery surfaces.
- Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Parts Attendant to manage the spare parts in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that tools, parts and equipment are properly maintained, tracked, and distributed to support our production teams efficiently.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Parts Attendant to manage the spare parts in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that tools, parts and equipment are properly maintained, tracked, and distributed to support our production teams efficiently.
Tool Management:
- Receive, inspect, and store tools and equipment where applicable.
- Utilize ERP software to electronically manage tool and spare part inventory
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools and spare parts, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good working condition.
Distribution and Tracking:
- Issue tools and equipment to production staff as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
- Kit spare parts with work orders where necessary
- Track tool/spare parts usage and return, updating inventory records accordingly.
- Cycle counting inventory as directed by ERP system
Maintenance and Repair:
- Assist in managing and closing out work orders as tasks are completed.
- Coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel or external vendors as necessary.
Safety:
- Ensure that all tools are stored and handled in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized tool crib environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines as described in the safety code of conduct while working in an environment that requires climbing and working in confined spaces.
- Must wear proper personal protective equipment for each performing duty.
- Must attend all safety and SQF (Safe Quality Food) meetings/training and work by these standards.
