Heronshaw School in Milton Keynes is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across the school. You will work with teachers to plan, deliver and adapt activities for individuals, groups and classes, and provide short-term class cover when required to ensure continuity of learning and behaviour management.
As HLTA/Pastoral Support, you will lead and support a team of teaching assistants, contribute to developing a specialist area (SEND, EAL or curriculum).
