We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Property Investment Consultant to manage enquiries from investors interested in acquiring New Build / Off-Plan properties across the UK. Heron Property Partners is a leading independent Property Investment Consultancy. As part of our wider group structure, we offer investors a true one-stop-shop solution, including Lettings & Management, Mortgage Services, and Development. This integrated approach allows us to support clients through the entire investment lifecycle - from acquisition and financing to letting, management, and long-term portfolio planning.
With a strong nationwide developer network and a consistent pipeline of exclusive off-market opportunities, we help investors build profitable and secure property portfolios. This is a fully remote, commission-only role. We require candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property investment sales who can confidently handle investor enquiries, close deals, and deliver exceptional service. You can realistically earn £150,000+ OTE in year one (uncapped).
Responsibilities:- Growing and nurturing your investor network.
- Promptly engaging with warm, pre-qualified leads.
- Conducting a high volume of daily calls and follow-ups.
- Asking the right questions to understand investor goals and guiding them through the sales journey.
- Positioning Heron’s one-stop-shop services - lettings, mortgages, and development - as part of the client offering.
- Handling administrative tasks linked to investor onboarding and deal flow.
- Supporting sales progression from reservation through to completion.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of new developments with exceptional attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property investment sales (essential).
- Confident, hungry, and highly motivated.
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
