Heron Hall Academy, part of North Star Community Trust, is seeking a Pastoral Lead to provide daily pupil support, respond to behavioural, emotional, social and attendance concerns, and strengthen home-school relationships.
You will work with Heads of Year, teaching staff and external agencies to deliver restorative approaches, maintain pastoral records, and help create a safe, inclusive school culture.
