Heron Hall Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead to support pupils daily, addressing behavioural, emotional, social and attendance concerns. You will be the first point of contact for parents and carers, building strong home-school relationships.
You will work with Heads of Year, teaching staff and external agencies to implement restorative approaches, maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding processes, fostering an inclusive school culture.
