Heron Hall Academy seeks a dynamic Head of Sixth Form to shape the future of our post-16 provision. You will lead Year 12 and 13, raise academic progress and enhance the student experience in a growing Sixth Form environment.
You will work with SLT and external partners to secure strong outcomes, support staff development and promote safeguarding, inclusion and high expectations across the academy.
