What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively
  • Maintain a clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked store
  • Drive sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency
  • Act as keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, including store openings and closes
