What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively
- Maintain a clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked store
- Drive sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency
- Act as keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, including store openings and closes
