Role Overview
Heron Foods seeks a Store Supervisor – Part‑Time (18 hours per week) based in Oldham, OL1 1JA. The role pays £12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Lead the store alongside management to ensure smooth operations each shift
- Guide and support the team to meet store goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Resolve customer queries with a friendly, solution‑focused approach
- Maintain stock levels, keep shelves well‑stocked, clean and organised
- Assist with stock deliveries and back‑of‑house organisation
- Hold keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as required
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail leadership role such as Supervisor, Shift Leader or Team Leader
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands‑on, team‑first attitude with a strong customer focus
- Confidence to lead and energy to make things happen
