As a Shift Manager, you\’ll play a central role in the store\’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the team during your shift to maintain high store standards
- Providing excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries
- Keeping the store well-presented and fully stocked
- Supporting stock deliveries and efficientŕ¶Żŕ·” stockroom management
- Acting as a keyholder, with responsibility for store opening and closing
