Lead and Inspire: Senior Retail Colleague – Part-Time (XX Hours/Week)
Location: Woodlands, Doncaster, DN6 7HN
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour (including enhancement when covering management duties)
Hours: 18 hours per week

What You\’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Retail Colleague, you\’ll be hands-on and people-focused. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and guiding the team on shift to achieve store standards and targets.
  • Delivering friendly, efficient service and helping customers with any queries.
  • Ensuring stock is replenished and shelves are neat, tidy, and well-presented.
  • Assisting with deliveries and stockroom organisation.
  • Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.
