What You'll Do:
As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.
- Providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing store environment.
- Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
- Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
With a focus on leadership and operational excellence, you'll play a crucial part in the success of our business and gain invaluable experience managing a busy retail environment.
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role. A genuine passion for retail, customer service, and delivering exceptional results.
