Overview
Role overview: Class 1 HGV Driver. Shifts: 5 on 3 off. Shift starts at 4am.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: up to £47,218.22 (plus overtime)
- £43,718.22 basic
- £225 per day overtime rate
- £2,500 retention bonus (split quarterly)
- £1,000 per year no-bump bonus

Shifts and Driving Requirements
- Shifts: 5 on 3 off. Shift starts at 4am
- Applicants must hold a current Class 1 C+E driving license and ideally have a minimum of 6 months of Class 1 driving experience
Responsibilities
- Making multi drop deliveries and assisting in the unloading of products and cages into stores
- Collecting stock and delivering to site
- Collection of empty pallets, steel and cardboard from stores and returning to the distribution centre
- Completion of daily vehicle checks and maintaining working order of company vehicles and any equipment on-board. Reporting of any vehicle damage or faults
Requirements and Qualifications
- Full and current Class 1 C+E driving license
- Must hold a DIGI tacho card
- Good knowledge of driving laws and regulations
- Able to communicate and clearly follow written and verbal instructions, able to lift and manoeuvre medium to heavy loads
