\As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:
\Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.
\Providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing store environment. \Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance. \Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
\With a focus on leadership and operational excellence, you'll play a crucial part in the success of our business and gain invaluable experience managing a busy retail environment.
\Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role. \A genuine passion for retail, customer service, and delivering exceptional results. \The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.
