Heron Foods is seeking a Shift Manager in Felling, Gateshead (36 hours per week). You’ll lead the team, run the store smoothly and help deliver great value and a fantastic shopping experience for customers, with a £13 per hour rate.
As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the store, manage daily operations, motivate staff, handle customer queries and keep shelves fully stocked. You’ll also support stock deliveries and maintain high store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
