What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain a clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked store.
- Drive sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
- Act as a keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager (including store openings and closes).
