What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked store.
  • Drive sales and profitability by managing performance and efficiency.
  • Act as a keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager (including store openings and closes).
