We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our Store Support Centre in Melton. This senior role is central to designing, maintaining, and optimising the core infrastructure that keeps our business running across hundreds of locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support the IT infrastructure team.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across servers, networking, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure robust standards, security, and best practices are followed.
- Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and networks. • Deliver infrastructure projects aligned with business needs.
- Manage virtualisation and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware).
