As a Store Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily running of the store, motivating your team, and delivering a great customer experience—all in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service
- Resolving customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organised
- Assisting with stock deliveries and back-of-house organisation
- Taking on keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as needed
