What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Supervisor, you\’ll help lead the store alongside management, ensuring smooth operations each shift. You’ll be responsible for:
- Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service
- Resolving customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organised
- Assisting with stock deliveries and back‑of‑house organisation
- Taking on keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as needed
