What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shift Manager, you\’ll play a central role in the store’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the team during your shift to maintain high store standards
- Providing excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries
- Keeping the store well‑presented and fully stocked
- Supporting stock deliveries and efficient stockroom management
- Acting as a keyholder, with responsibility for store opening and closing
