What You\\\’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Retail Colleague, you’ll be hands-on and people-focused. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and guiding the team on shift to achieve store standards and targets.
- Delivering friendly, efficient service and helping customers with any queries.
- Ensuring stock is replenished and shelves are neat, tidy, and well-presented.
- Assisting with deliveries and stockroom organisation.
- Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.
