What You’ll Be Doing

As a Store Supervisor, you'll help lead the store alongside management, ensuring smooth operations each shift. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service
  • Resolving customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach
  • Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organised
  • Assisting with stock deliveries and back-of-house organisation
  • Taking on keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as needed
