About the Role
You’ll work 40 hours per week across five 8‑hour night shifts, 10pm–6am, on a two‑week rolling rota with every other weekend off. Working within our Freezer, Chilled, or Ambient chambers, you’ll load cages of stock onto vehicles ready for delivery to stores. This is a hands‑on, active role where you’ll work to targets and contribute directly to the smooth running of our distribution operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Load store delivery cages accurately and efficiently
- Work within Freezer (down to -25°C), Chilled, or Ambient environments with full PPE provided
- Manage your time effectively to achieve loading targets and performance standards
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
What You’ll Bring
