About the Role

You'll be part of our Finance team, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a business with over 340 stores across the UK.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you\'ll learn key finance processes and gain practical experience across areas such as purchase ledger, reconciliations, reporting and financial administration.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Assisting with the processing of invoices and financial documents
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
  • Assisting with account reconciliations and resolving queries
  • Processing and checking financial information for accuracy
  • Liaising with suppliers, stores and internal departments regarding finance-related queries
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with month-end administration and finance activities
  • Providing general administrative support to the Finance team
  • What You\'ll Need

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confidence using computers and learning new systems

Qualifications

  • Good standard of English and Maths
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (desirable but not essential)
