Responsible for processing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries, dealing with visitors, opening, sorting and distributing postal mail and company email, maintaining the sub-contractor insurance database, requesting insurances and updating the system, maintaining DVLNI vehicle tax requirements, vehicle tax payments, MOT bookings, assisting with catering requirements, stationery orders and stationery stock maintenance, updating records, and maintaining a high level of service for customers.

  • Processing telephone calls and directing enquiries.
  • Responding to and following up enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Recording, analysing, reporting and administering according to systems and requirements.
  • Communicating, liaising and negotiating internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Attending training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
  • Adhering to health and safety policy and other requirements.
  • Carrying out any other work deemed important to or allocated by the Office Manager.
  • Carrying out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
