- Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree academic background.
- Site engineering experience.
- Experience working on construction projects from commencement through to completion on projects valued from approximately £5 million+.
- Experience coordinating internal and external trades on construction projects.
- Good IT skills and ability to use construction management software systems.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Positive approach to quality, health & safety and team management.
