Join an award-winning Group with operations across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. We are driving digital transformation across multiple sectors and are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to take ownership of group-wide reporting and insight. This is a data-led role, working alongside other analysts in a similar position to jointly own and evolve Group-wide reporting and insight. You will be responsible for designing, developing and improving Power BI dashboards and analytical outputs that support senior decision-making across the business. While you will work closely with core business systems (including ERP), your focus is on using system data to produce clear, timely and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with the Group IT Manager, Group Financial Director, senior leadership and your fellow analysts to shape how data is used across the Group.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside another BI analyst to develop and maintain Power BI reporting
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models
- Improve the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of Group reporting
- Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports
- Collaborate with Directors and Managers to improve data visibility and reporting timelines
- Support system implementation and upgrades, ensuring projects align with business needs
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve how we use data
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Comfortable working both independently and with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to juggle competing priorities
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel
- Experience extracting/reporting data from ERP or similar business systems
- Practical experience implementing or supporting ERP platforms (any system considered)
- Understanding of databases, reporting and business processes
- 2+ years experience in a similar data/IT systems role
Qualifications
- Degree or Foundation Degree in IT / Business Analytics / Computer Science or similar
