- Time served joiner or relevant construction trade background.
- Experience supervising trades or small site teams.
- Positive approach to quality, health & safety and site organisation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
- Supervisor/Management CSCS or CSR safety card or training.
- Training and support can also be provided for the successful candidate.
