Heron & Brearley Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations across Isle of Man pubs. You will help deliver excellent customer service, lead shifts, develop the team, and ensure compliance with company standards.
This role requires at least 2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to motivate staff. Training provided; occasional evenings and weekends.
