We're looking for an experienced, passionate and commercially minded General Manager to take the helm of one of our heritage pubs and help us continue building a thriving business at the heart of its community.

The Role
You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of the pub, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance and a positive team culture.
You will:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer experiences
- Drive sales, profitability and commercial success
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that guests want to return to
- Build strong relationships within the local community
- Champion quality food, drink and service standards
- Oversee compliance, health & safety and licensing requirements
- Work closely with Head Office to support marketing initiatives, events and business development opportunities
- Take pride in maintaining and enhancing one of Okell's heritage venues
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader
- Is passionate about food, drink and customer service
- Has strong commercial and financial awareness
- Leads from the front and enjoys developing others
- Understands how to create a great guest experience
- Enjoys becoming part of the local community
- Is organised, resilient and driven to succeed
- Wants to build and grow a successful business rather than simply manage one
