About The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, content and brand. You'll work directly with our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, sitting at the heart of everything we do on social, from building the content calendar and creating trend‑led content, to supporting our influencer programme and engaging with our community. We need someone who is deeply immersed in social media culture and trends. Someone who is always scrolling, always spotting opportunities, always thinking about what we could be doing better, and who understands platforms natively because they genuinely live and breathe them. Someone who brings energy, ideas and a genuine passion for the social space.
What You'll Do
- Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook
- Build and maintain the weekly content calendar, ensuring posts go out on time and on brand
- Monitor social media performance and pull weekly and campaign-level reports
- Manage our social media management tool and keep our asset drive organised
- Lead on community management, answering comments in real time and building relationships
- Content Creation & Trend Research
- Create and source content that feels native, current and engaging, not just polished
- Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels and wider culture daily and bring the best opportunities to the team
- Produce reactive, real‑time content when trends hit
- Brief and collaborate with our in‑house creative team to bring content ideas to life, from initial concept through to final asset
- Review delivered creative assets to ensure they are on brand and meet content safety standards
- Support the development of bespoke content formats for each platform, moving away from one‑size‑fits‑all posting
- Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Support influencer and UGC creator sourcing and outreach, identifying creators who genuinely align with our brand and audience
- Help manage creator briefs, gifting logistics, product send‑outs and delivery tracking
- Track creator deliverables and organise content for approval
- Assist with our affiliate creator programme and TikTok Shop creator relationships
About You
- Essential
- A genuine passion for social media, you're on TikTok and Instagram for fun, not just work
- A creative eye and the ability to spot what makes content stop the scroll
- Full of ideas, you come to the table with suggestions
- A quick learner who picks things up fast and runs with them
- Organised and reliable with the ability to work reactively when trends change
- Strong written communication skills, you can write copy that sounds human, not corporate
- Nice to have
- Some prior experience in social media, whether through work, internships or managing your own channels
- Personally active on social media or currently running your own account, whether that's a passion project, creative outlet or something you've built from scratch – we want someone who understands the platforms from the inside
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite)
- Experience creating content on TikTok or Instagram Reels
- An interest in baby, parenting, wellness or lifestyle brands
We do require the successful candidate to come to the office at least once per week. Contract type: this role is originally a 3 months contract, with potential for extension.
