About Tutti Bambini

Tutti Bambini is a family-owned nursery furniture company founded over 30 years ago by Michael and Debra Samuel with the goal of supporting new mothers and fathers during their first steps into parenthood. After years working in nursery retail, and as parents themselves, Michael and Debra realised that nursery furniture available on the market often didn’t offer the versatility, value, and safety that new parents needed for their little ones. Drawing on a background in technical design, and on their own parenting experiences, Michael and Debra created Tutti Bambini: a nursery furniture range combining elegance and beauty with innovation and practicality. From its beginnings in a little London store, the Tutti Bambini brand has grown to become a feature in nurseries across the UK, and includes ranges of cots, cot beds, nursing chairs, highchairs, and more. Crafted to the highest standards of quality and safety, every piece of Tutti Bambini furniture is designed to be loved, and used, by families for years to come. Tutti Bambini has been acquired by Heroes in 2023, and is now part of Heroes' family of brands.

About the role

For almost 40 years, Tutti Bambini has been helping families create beautiful nursery spaces through thoughtfully designed furniture and baby products that combine style, quality and practicality. As we celebrate this important milestone, we're investing in our people, our retail partnerships and our future—and we're looking for an exceptional individual to join our UK Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing British nursery brand with a proud heritage in a varied and rewarding field-based role that combines key account management, retail development, product training and merchandising.

As our Regional Retail Development Manager – South, you'll become the face of Tutti Bambini across your region, developing trusted partnerships with our independent nursery retailers while supporting our national retail partners through engaging product training, merchandising excellence and exceptional retail execution. Success in this role comes from building long-term relationships, understanding what retailers need to succeed and using commercial insight to help our retail partners grow their business while ensuring every family experiences the very best of the Tutti Bambini brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key independent nursery retailers across Southern England.
  • Building trusted relationships with business owners, buyers, store managers and retail teams.
  • Developing Joint Business Plans and conducting regular business reviews.
  • Analysing sales performance and planning your territory to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Delivering engaging product training, demonstrations and coaching to independent retailers and national retail store teams.
  • Supporting merchandising, showroom standards and the successful execution of new product launches.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing business while developing new retail partnerships.
  • Representing Tutti Bambini at trade exhibitions, customer events and product launches.

What We're Looking For

  • You'll be passionate about developing people, building lasting relationships and helping retailers succeed.
  • Experience in account management, retail development or field sales.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience developing Joint Business Plans and conducting customer business reviews.
  • Experience delivering retail training, product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.
  • A full UK driving licence and residence within Southern England.
  • Experience within the nursery, furniture or premium consumer goods sector would be advantageous but isn't essential.

This role requires regular travel throughout Southern England, frequent overnight stays and attendance at trade shows, customer events and company meetings across the UK.

Why Join Tutti Bambini?

At Tutti Bambini, we believe the best partnerships are built on trust, collaboration and shared success. You'll join a passionate team where you'll have the autonomy to develop your territory, strengthen retail partnerships and make a meaningful contribution to the continued growth of one of the UK's most trusted nursery brands.

In return, we offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Car allowance and business mileage reimbursement
  • Laptop
  • Pension scheme
  • Employee discount
