About The Role
The Junior Marketing & eCommerce Executive supports the execution of marketing campaigns and the daily operational management of the company’s eCommerce channels. This role ensures marketing initiatives are implemented accurately and on time, while maintaining a seamless online customer experience through effective product, content, and promotional management. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment and enjoys both creative execution and operational detail.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Execution Support
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and website.
- Coordinate campaign assets including banners, landing pages, email creatives, and promotional content.
- Schedule and publish content across marketing platforms.
- Support influencer and partnership coordination where applicable.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Assist in compiling performance reports (traffic, engagement, conversions).
- eCommerce Operations Support
- Upload and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs).
- Maintain website content including homepage banners, category pages, and promotions.
- Support product launches and promotional rollouts.
- Monitor stock availability and flag inconsistencies.
- Assist in updating promotions, discount codes, and bundles.
- Conduct routine website quality checks (links, product info accuracy, UX issues).
- Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor daily sales and website performance metrics.
- Assist in analysing campaign and product performance data.
- Identify and escalate issues impacting conversion rates or customer experience.
- Support A/B testing initiatives where applicable.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Work closely with design, merchandising, COO & Global Marketing Director.
- Coordinate timelines for product launches and marketing pushes.
- Support internal communication of campaign calendars and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital support role.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid social, SEO, etc.).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic data literacy (comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
