Hero UK&I is seeking a skilled retail account leader to develop and implement customer specific business plans aligned to brand and category objectives for key retailers including Co-Op, Discounters and Booths. You will collaborate with Sales, Online, Brands & NPD, Management, Operations and Finance to drive profitable growth.

You will translate brand strategy into Joint Business Plans, identify growth opportunities, optimise promotional spend, coordinate cross-functionally, and lead.
