This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team environment and play a key role in delivering outstanding, personâcentred care.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants to provide highâquality care and support to residents. You will take responsibility for shift coordination, ensure care plans are followed effectively, and provide handsâon support to maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment. You will be instrumental in promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support care staff on shift
- Coordinate and manage daily shift operations
- Ensure care plans are implemented and updated appropriately
- Administer medication in line with policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
- Act as a positive role model, promoting best practice in care delivery
About You
- Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader role within residential care
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable
- Confident in medication administration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and motivate a team
- Passionate about delivering personâcentred care
