Hero Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a partnered care provider for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support a large, busy care home in Kingston KT1 on a bank basis. The RoleAs a Bank Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to residents, supporting the wider team to maintain excellent standards and a person-centred approach — especially during peak periods on this busy site.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medication safely and accurately (including MAR charts)
- Deliver clinical interventions and day-to-day nursing care
- Monitor, record, and respond to changes in residents’ health
- Liaise with GPs, families, and external healthcare professionals
- Support and guide care staff on best clinical practice
- Maintain compliance with CQC, policies, and clinical governance
- RGN qualified with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous care home / residential nursing experience (preferred)
- Confident working in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible to cover bank requirements
