Hero Recruitment is recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to provide 1-to-1 support for a client based in Ryde (PO33).

About the Client

Our client is a Nursing Home set within a beautifully converted Victorian Gentleman’s Residence, combining character and charm with fully resourced, modern care facilities. The home also features a purpose-built extension specifically designed to support individuals living with dementia, offering a safe, calm, and supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Care Support Worker, you will provide dedicated 1:1 care within the client’s home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently. This role is required every day on an ongoing basis and is offered as bank work, ideal for those seeking flexibility with regular shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing 1:1 personal care with dignity and respect
