About The Role
In your role as a Care Assistant at Hero Recruitment, you will value kindness above all. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Every single person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell.
Requirements:
* Must live and have the right to work in the UK (Unable to offer visa sponsorship)
* Must have at least 6+ months recent experience in a similar care role within a residential care home for the elderly.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels & enjoy working in a team.
* Knowledge of needs and rights of older people and an understanding of good care principles
* You must be able willing to do day and night shifts on a rota basis (you will not be asked to do both shift patterns in one week)
* To have a friendly, caring, empathetic and happy personality
* Must have 6 months experience
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends – Days & Nights
* Long – Short Shifts
* Day shift – Night shift
