Wellbeing Coordinator – Brand New Care Home Opening Soon!

Location: Woking

Hours: Full-Time

Salary: £15.70 - £19.00 per hour

Hero Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our partnered care providers for a passionate and creative Wellbeing Coordinator to join a brand-new care home opening soon in the Woking area.

About the Role

As the Wellbeing Coordinator, you will design and deliver a vibrant activities and wellbeing programme that enhances the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of residents. You will play a key role in creating a warm, stimulating, and engaging environment from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver fun, inclusive daily activities and events
  • Encourage resident participation, independence, and social engagement
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community
  • Develop individualised wellbeing plans tailored to each resident
  • Support residents with hobbies, reminiscence, sensory, and therapeutic activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of participation and wellbeing outcomes

About You

  • Experience in wellbeing, activities, recreation, or similar roles (preferred)
  • Warm, energetic, and creative personality
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Genuine passion for enriching the lives of older adults
