About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Grocery Account Coordinator to support our Grocery channel. This role sits at the heart of our commercial team, ensuring the smooth execution of pricing, promotions, and new product launches across key retail customers.
You will be in control of internal promotional systems, promotional plans, and pricing, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all customer activity. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build a career in FMCG. You will work with well-loved, purpose-led brands (Organix, Goodies, Deliciously Ella) and be part of a collaborative and ambitious commercial team. Exposure to major UK grocery retailers and real commercial decision-making.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Promotional systems, plans, and pricing are consistently accurate and well-managed
- Promotions and pricing are delivered accurately and on time
- Retailer systems and submissions are consistently error-free
- The commercial team is well-supported and able to focus on growth-driving activity
- You develop strong internal relationships and become a trusted go-to for account support
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage internal promotional systems, promotional plans, and pricing, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Own the setup and submission of promotional activity across major grocery accounts
- Maintain and update customer pricing files, ensuring alignment across internal systems and customer requirements
- Coordinate and submit New Line Forms (NLFs) and support product listings
- Manage retailer portals and systems (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, etc.), ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Support the execution of range reviews and new product launches
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless delivery of plans
- Track and maintain trade spend and promotional trackers
- Support the team with reporting and analysis, including promotional performance and sales tracking
- Assist in preparing customer presentations and internal reports
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with data and systems (strong Excel skills preferred)
- Proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- A genuine interest in FMCG and the grocery retail landscape
- Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or a commercial support role is a plus but not essential
